Attire & Safety: You can wear any colors you like, but no full ripstop jackets. Please ensure your equipment has no pockets or hazards.
Spectators can pay £5 at the door. We allow one coach per team (teams will be checked at the door; coach spots are first come, first served).
Food & Merchandise: Reasonably priced food and merchandise will be available at the venue, along with an excellent food van provided by the Proper Grub Club. Thanks, as always, to our sponsors, Empire Pro Tape.

Two-person divisions are offered as best-of-three matches at matside. Both competitors must agree to this format; otherwise, it will be a one-off match.
Absolutes are free to enter. You can sign up at the end of the day, and you do not need to have medaled to enter. It’s a free extra match!
For this event, we will have No-Gi Absolutes only. No cost to enter and you do not need to medal.
